Arek is an experienced leader with a combination of both HR & IT knowledge across BFSI, BPO & IT industries. Currently HR Director at Wipro, responsible for M&A and outsouring processes, formerly played roles of CEE HR Director and Country Head for Poland. Experienced in various areas of HR, have supported management boards and have been responsible for HR teams in international environments (including IT and BPO/SSC sector), both in global corporations (ING, Wipro) as well as in start-ups (Lingaro, RTB House).
