ABSL comprises of sister organizations operating in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, North Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, DACH (Austria, Germany and Switzerland), extending its reach to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. In 2024 ABSL has also established its presence in Brussels.
