Currently, at KMD, an NEC Company Dariusz is Managing Director of KMD Poland and Vice President in Digital Transformation Services global unit. He is heading Polish subsidiary of KMD with 600+ employees onboard.

Previously, at PAREXEL Informatics Dariusz was Director, IT Service Management leading the global organization providing a range of ITprojects and services in the area of clinical research for internal and external pharmaceutical clients.

At Hewlett Packard Enterprise he was in charge of Applications Management for Central Europe but also held the role of Regional Delivery Center Head being responsible for 500+ employees providing IT Projects and Applications Management Services for roughly50 clients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other CEE countries.

Since 2005 he has worked in a global environment holding various technical, managerial and client facing roles combining operational activities with process transitions and large service transformations projects. 

Between 2013 and 2018 he was leading Warsaw Chapter of Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) and since 2021 he is ABSL VP responsible for Business Intelligence and Thought Leadership.

ABSL is an organization which associates over 240 global companies which established business services centers in Poland.
