Would you like to share or get to know how other ABSL companies support their employees when working remotely?

ABSL Talent Ambassadors invite you to experience sharing session devoted to solutions focussed on increasing employees’ engagement, motivation and wellbeing in our organisations during remote work.

This will be an interactive session where you will have the opportunity to share and hear from ABSL companies on how they are dealing with engaging their employees during remote work.

Session will be facilitated by Mateusz Zimowski, Iga Kopeć (NielsenIQ), Magdalena Tomicka (Atos), Magdalena Kotlarz (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) and Krzysztof Walczak (NatWest Poland).

We will discuss on:

  • How companies are taking care of engagement and motivation of their employees during COVID-19 pandemic?
  • What tools and ways of engaging employees are being used in ABSL companies?
  • What initiatives, activities or tools are used in ABSL companies to support employees’ wellbeing?
  • Do employees use all these opportunities? What is the feedback?
