Invariably, at ABSL we believe that diversity fuels creativity, innovation and brings people together. Due to multinational character of organizations, especially in the business services sector, and to the growing diversity of local teams, the topic of Cultural Diversity becomes even a more significant aspect of corporate culture.

Despite its undeniable beauty, diversity means challenges as well. As to avoid misunderstandings, tensions and maintain employees’ well-being, it should be properly managed.
