About

About LGBT+ Diamonds Forum

It’s been nearly five years since we’ve started to build the LGBT+ Diamonds community together!

Your commitment and effort made it possible for us to show gratitude to people and organisations most devoted to improving the situation of LGBT+ community in Poland and raising social awareness in our country. Thank you!

It is a good moment to move forward

Based on the success of last year’s: LGBT+ Diamonds Awards initiative and Open For Business Summit conference starting from 2023 we join forces to add a new, unique event to the June calendar of events dedicated to LGBT+ and work together for our community in Poland.

Why?

Recent years have been seen not only as the development of the business community and non-governmental organizations focused around the challenges and successes of the LGBT+ community in the country, but also as a period of significant social changes. Polish companies declare that their involvement in building open, inclusive workplaces is growing. However, there are still many challenges ahead of us.

Let’s talk about the economic harmfulness of discrimination, let’s look at the best business practices in the field of DEI policies and learn the perspective of Polish local governments and non-governmental organizations.

See you on 22 June 2023!
