#WorkingTogether 2023!

We’re super excited to announce our 5th edition of #WorkingTogether!

The initiative is all about diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEI&B). We make sure that everyone feels included in the business sector. Different cultural backgrounds, nationalities, genders, identities, orientation, physical disabilities, age, as well as neurodiversity – make it vibrant, inspiring and innovative. We’re aware that there’s no better feeling than the sense of belonging.

In ABSL, we speak 39 languages, represent 15 countries, and 14% of us are from abroad, so DEI&B are the values that are extremely close to our hearts. Through this program we will:

❤️advocate for dialogue between employees and employers

🧡promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging-based initiatives across 
 the sector and beyond

💛share knowledge and inspiration to bring out the best of HR policies
💚act to unite and consolidate employees
💙promote companies and the sector as an inclusive working environment

💜 position Poland as a country with a friendly and inclusive work culture

#WorkingTogether insist of initiatives such as:

/LGBT+ Community Celebration Day – debate with business and rainbow network representatives about the evolving situation of LGBT+ communities and their rights. You can join us as a guest!

/WomenTogether campaign – meeting and workshops focused on recognition of female professionals and promoting sisterhood in business organizations. It also includes publishing a book of best practices – Herstories

/NeurodiverseTogether – report about neurodiverse way of perceiving the world and tools which may be useful to support individual professional path.

/World Values Day – 19 October 2023 – flash mob and panel discussions organized in 8 cities across Poland to integrate the sector’s employees, cities, universities and local communities to celebrate DEI&B values.

/Communities of Practice – analysing issues relevant to the sector including diversity and inclusion areas by ABSL’s local communities of business services professionals.
