Thank you for Magnificently Working Together

It has been a fruitful month for Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace of each one of our partners, and that was a beautiful sight to witness. Despite the physical distances people have been forced to go through, they still came together mentally and morally, expressing their passion for the importance of their differences, rather than neglecting them, or ignoring them Many ABSL Members have shown encouraging supports towards the cause by signing their declarations for Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace, and a significant amount of signatures has been collected in the past few weeks. Furthermore, the process of collection is and will still be ongoing, and the signatures shall be made available through our website shortly, please stay tuned. In addition to that, a new podcast has made its way into our website as well and is already available for listening to. Sebastian Drzewiecki, owner and host of Nowoczesny Lider, our Working Together talks partner, and Anna Jarczewska, Head of HR at Standard Chartered GBS Poland, join voices to discuss what we can all learn from each other and how diversity plays a role in that by bringing new perspectives, backgrounds and points of view to the table. Seeing the initiatives yet another success in its third edition this year through an expanded definition of inclusion and diversity in the workplace with the aim of including more minorities, respecting them and learning to celebrate our differences together. Due to this magnificent success, this is not the end of WorkingTogether. The initiative is officially transforming into an annual program and we shall continue implementing our actions further. Thank to ABSL Members for co-creating this initiative and making it what it is today, thanks to each and every individual for sharing their powerful voices, their colorful smiles, and their extraordinary differences, as it all would not be the same without their contribution. There has been essential work done together, let’s continue working together in what’s to come.
