Agnieszka is an experienced leader with 10+ years’ global experience, predominantly in the Banking / Financial sector as well as BPO with a strong track record in Automation, Digital Transformation, Strategy Implementation, Business Transformation, Outsourcing, and Leadership. She excels at taking early-stage capabilities and building sustainable enterprise functions. She bridge the gap well between Business and Technology.  She has strong program and project management professional skilled in several project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Lean, Waterfall). Proven track record in project delivery across a wide range of platforms, with a history of managing diverse groups of multi-skilled professionals across different locations and time zones. Setting Robotics Center of Excellence (+100 FTE) at Nordea, +500 robots, Advanced Automation, Strategy & Methodology, Development and Execution

• Leading and growing Nordea’s Automation capability. Tasked with maximizing the potential for Robotics and the broader Automation toolkit within Nordea with the goals of maximizing efficiency, improving customer experience, and reducing risk.

• Leading RPA Center of Excellence (Global responsible of Standards & Guidelines RPA, product management for RPA, Centre of Competence for RPA, Operations & Support and Solution Delivery                  


Head of FATCA/CRS/KYC                    

Created and led Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act/Common Reporting Standards (FATCA/CRS) processing department (150+ FTE) responsible for implementing and conducting activities related to new global tax regulations

• Implemented new IT solutions to serve new processes

• Embed Operational Excellence in Processing Units                  

• Defined People Strategy based on collaboration, ownership, and passion for customers

• Within 2 years process has been successfully created, executed, automated, and nearshored to Poland              


Head of Banking Operations              

Managing Banking Operations Department (500+ FTE)

• Led the transition of 150+ retail banking processes

• Created and executed an operational strategy for the department

• Set and managed department’s structures, policy, budget, and goals (relating to finance, performance, and quality) • Promoted CI thinking (Lean)

• Coached, mentored, and developed management team

• Ensured effective communication with internal and external business partners      


Transition/Transformation Manager 

• Establishment and constant development of best practice project management methodologies and documentation to support the successful transition activities

• Running portfolio of transition projects on banking related activities from the Nordics to Poland

• Enablement of setting new operational units in the branch
