Every two years we host elections to the ABSL Strategic Board and Audit Committee. The Strategic Board is responsible for determining strategy, mission and the principles of the Association. These influential and accomplished visionaries are tasked with setting priorities, advocating for our industry, and charting the course forward.

Agnieszka Belowska Gosławska

Agnieszka is an experienced leader with 15+ years’ global experience, predominantly in the Banking / Financial sector as well as BPO with a strong track record in Compliance, Automation, Digital Transformation, Strategy Implementation, Business Transformation, Outsourcing, and Leadership. She excels at taking early-stage capabilities and building sustainable enterprise functions. She bridge the gap well between Business and Technology. She has strong program and project management professional skilled in several project management methodologies. Proven track record in project delivery across a wide range of platforms, with a history of managing diverse groups of multi-skilled professionals across different locations and time zones. She is proud experienced speaker at large events and conferences.

She started her professional path at the Shared Services Center Philips / Infosys where she covered both positions related to people management as well as centralization and improvement of accounting processes. From 2010 at Nordea Bank AB, first as a manager responsible for process transfer, and since 2011 as an operational director in the retail banking department and in the department of counteracting money laundering (AML) and terrorist financing (CT). From 2018, he was the strategic director responsible for robotics and automation at the Nordea Group. Currently Agnieszka as Chief Operating Officer leads the execution, transformation and automation at Group Compliance

Arkadiusz Gasperczyk

HR Director Company Wipro

I was told I have the qualities of a true HR Business Partner.

What sets me apart? 16 years of extensive HR experience, 6.5 years in business services sector and 2.5 years as business head - Poland Country Head of Wipro (ABSL member). I am an alumnus of esteemed institutions: Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), Warsaw University of Technology (PW), and Stanford University.

Throughout my HR journey, I have held diverse roles, including CEE HR Director and M&A HR Director in Wipro (ABSL member), HR Director in IT startups, HR Business Partner, and HR Information Systems Manager in the financial industry.

I have had the privilege of representing Wipro Poland at ABSL from 2018 to 2021 (in the capacity of the Country Head and commercial proxy). I have resumed this role as of 2023. In addition, I currently serve as ABSL Talent Ambassador in Tricity. I have successfully rejuvenated the HR community of practice in the region, organizing meetings with 30-40+ participants in each session, with a record-breaking 82 participants in an online session focused on Digital HR. I have successfully connected over 130 HR professionals in Tricity, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration between ABSL member companies.

Further, I am also the lead of “HR Business Partner” post-graduate studies at WSB Merito University in Gdańsk, where the team and I are preparing the next generation of HR professionals for our sector.

Agnieszka Orłowska

ESG Advisor Deviniti

I have more than 25 years of professional experience, including 16 years spent in the business services sector.

After my initial career years spent at Skanska in the Finance Department, I have spent 7 years with WABCO in various HR roles. My career progressed from being Payroll Specialiast to HR Director for the whole manufacturing site.

I immersed into business services sector in 2007 when I joined HP Global Business Center in the 2nd year of its existence. I worked for 8 years for HP holding various management roles from Knowledge Management, Operational Excellence, Operations Management to the role of the Head of the Center and President of the Management Board.

After HP, I spent 3 years working for Google and managing EMEA Customer Care operations. This gave me a chance to gain more commercial experience as the customers were external clients to Google and have the regional responsibility. It gave me also a chance to learn from the best practices of one of the biggest companies in high-tech industry.

From 2018, I have been with Olympus for 5 years where I created the first Business Center for the company and I was part of creating GBS organization working across all regions. From 2023, I am advising various companies, including Deviniti Sp. z o.o which I officially represent in ESG topics.

With this vast experience gained in the business services sector, I have contributed from the very beginning to the development of ABSL association and its further expansion. For many years, I was holding a position of the ABSL Wroclaw Chapter Lead and between 2017-2019, I was part of the ABSL Strategic Board responsible for the area of Talent. From 2020, I have been part of ABSL Strategic Board and Management Board being responsible for ESG area.
