Maciej Borkowski is a seasoned leader with a proven history of establishing, overseeing, and transforming multifunctional sites and operations. His expertise extends to leading large-scale technological change programs, underscored by notable strengths in people and stakeholder management. With a diverse background encompassing finance, risk management, project management, COO, HR, and strategy, Maciej has garnered industry recognition for his pivotal role in elevating risk reporting operations at Credit Suisse. His impactful contributions resulted in the transformation of transactional small-scale risk reporting operations into a best-in-class risk and compliance organization, boasting a workforce of 1,000 spread across two sites in Poland. Currently serving as a Business Development Consultant at Scalo, a prominent Polish IT company.

Beyond his professional roles, Maciej has demonstrated his commitment to industry leadership by being elected for four consecutive terms to the strategic board of ABSL. In this capacity, he serves as Vice-President, overseeing the Wroclaw Chapter and also used to host the country-wide IT Club, a testament to his influential presence within the industry.
