Her expertise spans various sectors, including Finance/Banking, Oil & Gas, and the Tech industry. One of her key strengths lies in successfully managing the migration of financial processes during the startup phase of SSC as well as driving improvement and automation within the Finance Function. Her experience extends to significant business re-organizations, such as the split of businesses or mergers, demonstrating her strategic and adaptable leadership. Her recent focus includes ESG reporting and the introduction of various local reporting requirements.

Małgorzata is a long-standing member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), underlining her commitment to professional development.
