Radek has 25 years' professional experience in financial leadership, compliance and change management in roles such as CFO for Australian listed companies, Founder and Managing Partner of an advisory firm and Director level positions with corporates in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. As Head of a leading COE he received multiple recognitions including the 2017 ABSL Business Leader in Business Excellence Diamond Award. Prior to that, Radek was in New Zealand working as an Executive Director for an electricity retail company which was awarded Deloitte NZ Fast50 status under his tenure.

Radek’s GBS/SSC experience includes feasibility studies and advisory assignments in process assessment and design as well as establishing, transitioning and stabilizing shared service operations in Poland. Radek started his career as an auditor with PriceWaterhouse, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and completed his MBA through University of Otago and Copenhagen Business School.
