Pawel is a seasoned expert in the field of business services, with broad experience on both sides of the investment process.

From 2002 to 2007, Pawel worked in close collaboration with the Mayor of Wroclaw, dedicated to assisting investors in establishing new factories and business service centers.

Between 2008 and 2012, Pawel held the position of Manager in the Business Advisory Services department at EY. During this time, he handled negotiations with investors in their location selection process and provided support during the early stages of their projects.

In 2009, alongside the Founding Members of ABSL, Pawel played a pivotal role in establishing the organization and served as an Advisor to the Management Board. Over the past years, he has contributed to defining and establishing eight ABSL local chapters, overseen ABSL strategic partnerships, and led the charge in expanding businesses both within Poland and internationally.

Paweł Panczyj contributes to the development of ABSL's international structures, which are currently operational not only in Poland but also in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Moldova, Romania, and the DACH region (Austria, Germany, Switzerland).
