He has over 25 years of experience in investment and employee benefits. He is an expert in risk, health and retirement benefits. Among the projects conducted or coordinated by him there are: advising on the establishment of company pension and savings plans for several Polish and international companies as well as advising and project managing the establishment of three employee pension funds.
