Anna is a strategic leader, an entrepreneur and GBS professional with over 25 years of experience in consulting, GBS, BPO, change management and transformation programmes. 

After managing her own outsourcing company for a decade, Anna successfully established BPO and GBS start-up firms in 2009-2022 for American and European corporations. Since October 2022 she works at EY Consulting and holds a role of EY Technology Consulting SAP Practice EMEIA Strategy PMO Lead, and she serves Health Care and Life Sciencesectors Client Accounts.

Anna contributed to EY Mentoring Program and Kongres Kobiet organization, as well as implemented Mentoring Talks initiative in Wroclaw, Poland. As an industry expert, Anna was recognized as the Most Creative People 2020 in the Business category by Wroclaw City, the best “New-entrant BSC of the Year” in 2020 in the CEE region by CEE Business Services awards and “the Most BeLOVED SSC/BSC” in Poznan in 2018 by SSC Heros.

She published several business services articles and given speeches at major BPO/SSC conferences in Barcelona, Budapest, Poznan, and Warsaw. She is an active member of ABSL Advisory Council since 2022.
