Helping Hand is the first online platform in Poland with signature programmes, psychological and educational content and cutting-edge technological solutions that can be used both by people seeking psychological support and by psychologists and therapists providing such support. The platform was created in 2019/2020 as an application aimed at providing support to individuals struggling with addiction. In early 2021, it was transformed into a platform providing psychological aid in a holistic sense. Today, it is the first application providing support to employees on their path to mental wellbeing and setting new trends in the transformation of digital mental health care.

Helping Hand’s offer is primarily aimed at companies wishing to provide psychological support to their employees and their families. The expanded B2B module works as a cafeteria system, where the employer can freely manage and control the budget allocated for employee support. This is the only such solution available in Poland.

The platform users, anonymously, 24/7, are given access to over a hundred educational videos and articles, self-therapy tools, webinars, interactive meetings with experts, individual consultations with psychologists, and online therapy. On average, the application is used by 3,500 users every month. The Helping Hand platform cooperates with 40 certified and experienced therapists and psychologists who represent various specialties. 

The management board of HH24 Sp. z o.o., which owns the platform, includes Bernard Gołko, acting as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Digital Officer, and Aleksandra Tokarewicz, Product and Sales Director. 

The company’s main shareholders include the Israeli fund Welltech Ventures and private investors.
