The final regulation known as the Anti-Crisis Shield consists of three separate acts and is based on five pillars. It includes job protection, support for companies and the increase in security of the financial system. Institutions involved in the implementation of the legislative package are i.e. Polish Development Fund and Industrial Development Agency. According to the government’s estimates the combine value of the Anti-Crisis Shield is at least 10 per cent of the Polish GDP.
