ABSL Advocacy: The Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy announces a call for pilot projects under the title “Reduced Working Time – It’s Happening!”
As part of the ABSL Advocacy “Business Meets Government” dialogue series, we discussed the project with Ewa Flaszyńska, Director of the Labour Market Department at the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, and Marcin Stanecki, Chief Labour Inspector. We encourage interested companies to actively participate in the initiative.
The aim of the call is to develop and test models of reduced working time and to assess their impact on employment, productivity, employee health, work organization, and the ability of employees to balance professional and private life at participating companies.
