During the workshop you will learn what are the crucial responsibilities of Polish limited liability company board member, what are risks related to holding position in the board and how to mitigate such risks by proper distribution of duties and liability inside organisation. Workshop will be focused on the practical aspects related to BPO/SSC centre operations and will include aspects important for Polish companies belonging to larger international groups.
