The Warsaw Education Group would like to invite you to the first Warsaw HR Corner meeting. We will meet every 2-3 months to exchange knowledge and discuss best practices in topics and areas that are important and relevant to the Warsaw HR community.

Our first meeting will be devoted to the Future of Learning and Development. Together with Ben Hartfield and Sabine McGuin from The Hackett Group, Katarzyna Świderska from CBRE, and Krzysztof Walczak from NatWest Poland we would like to talk about how Learning and Development Teams can effectively support our organisations in delivering their strategic goals and create value to the business and employees.  

We will discuss on:  

• Trends  in Learning and Development – how L&D functions are changing their models to move from transactional teams to value creators for our organisations.  
• How to encourage our employees and leaders to take ownership for their development and build a learning and knowledge sharing culture.
• Technology in L&D – what interesting solutions our companies are using to support the efficient delivery of learning opportunities and to engage our employees and encourage learning.
