According to the World Economic Forum's 2022 report, it will take another 132 years to achieve gender equality at the current rate of progress. The Helping Hand Conference "The modern woman - leader, partner, mother" was created to give women more space in the public discussion and to do our part in reducing inequality. We will talk about motherhood, sexuality and women's professional work. We want to focus on sisterhood and aspects of femininity that we usually underestimate ourselves, including appearance, professional competence or our own needs.
