Dear ABSL Colleagues

During first session of BT Club we started to evaluate GBS/SSC Next Practise connected with work from home / work from office optimal model. We have discussed factors which needs to be considered when defining model that optimizes teams efficiencies. As a part of future ABSL BT Playbook we are preparing a tool that can be used by Team Leaders and Manager to find an answer of what factors are critical for their particular teams and how can they influence them.

As next steps we would like to get a closer look to PEOPLE, TECHNOLOGY & PROCESS factors impacting optimal model and practical solutions we could use to improve team performance in given area.
