ABSL BFSI Club gathers Center Heads and senior managers of BFSI companies (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance).

The meeting will be devoted to the following topics:

1. Regulatory & legislative updates including labour law and immigration: Members highlighted challenges around the employment of non EU nations, the evolving (but still restrictive labour code) including remote working as well as the potential removal of the social security cap.

2. Talent development & sector branding: Whilst most companies continue to move up the complexity curve in terms of the roles offered, is this well understood across our stakeholder groups, (candidates, govmt etc.)? What more should we do as a group around talent development?
