Growing competition for resources is positive for Poland, however, it makes the talent pool more difficult to manage from the institutional perspective. Especially in some areas, we can observe much higher demand for more complex skills. The supply of such talent has been great in the past, but ABSL pro-active efforts and cooperation with the educational system in Poland is needed to build an adequate talent pool to address needs of current and future investors.

I have been with ABSL from almost very beginning devoting hundreds of hours of my personal time as a Board Member and Finance Director. I am passionate about this organization and would like to continue to support ABSL in a different role going forward (Audit Committee member) using my experience gained over the last years and ideas I have on how to improve and strengthen our governance model. Through my contribution I would like to help ABSL to become a world industry leader.

Contribution to the Strategic Board/Audit Committee:
Over the last 7 years I have gained a good understanding of ABSL's financials and governance system playing the role of ABSL's CFO. I am aware of the fact that we are not perfect and despite huge work done over the last 2-3 years to improve our controls and financial strength there is still a lot of room for improvement. I believe that I can use my knowledge and experience (incl. weaknesses) to actively support Management & Strategic Board in bringing our finance function to the next level.
