We have understood that Lean is the identification and elimination of waste and cultural change of theorganization. It is also the improvement that everyone, regardless a position in the organization, can apply in everyday job in order to make a stronger link with strategic goals of company. Lean is a mindset.’- Bartek Pabiasz, Shell SSC, Continuous Improvement Expert Global Commercial EMEA – Shell Business Operations Kraków.

During the event, participants learned how to distinguish the waste from added value for the customer. For this purpose, they used the Sherlock Waste mobile application (landings.sherlockwaste.pl). Thanks to that they identified and successfully implemented a lot of ideas.
