ABSL Exclusive: workshop on the diversity of management, communication, thinking and living styles

ABSL and PWCIB invite all ABSL members for a free workshop on the diversity of management, communication, thinking and living styles.

May 17th, 11a.m – 3 p.m., Warsaw

450 individual sessions with Fortune 500 executives from around the world give you a different perspective on being a leader, as well as on the management and running of teams. Paweł Walentynowicz lives in Brussels but works all over Europe and US. He trains and coaches management and consults with executives. For 16 years, he has worked in direct contact with the executive levels of several international companies around the world. More info on: https://www.linkedin.com/in/pawelwalentynowicz/

During the session, we’ll answer questions regarding:

Leadership:

  • Why has the traditional top-down management style been re-evaluated?
  • How to create teams with a high level of trust?
  • True leadership without hierarchical bossing? What are you risking?

Generational issues and diversity:

  • How to avoid an intergenerational war? How to attract and retain Millennials?
  • Which companies are winning the battle for the best employees?

Virtual Collaboration:

  • Is it worthwhile to introduce new ways of working: teleworking, diverse virtual teams?
  • How to motivate at a distance?
  • How to influence bosses and colleagues in other countries when you only see them sporadically?
